Because each piece is handcrafted and made specifically for you, all purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your finished piece. If you have concerns about your order or feel the finished product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to understand your concerns and make every reasonable effort to ensure you are confident and satisfied with the end result.

Before production begins, we encourage customers to review and approve all applicable details, including dimensions, design, personalization, colors, wood selection, and other specifications. Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges.

Our goal is simple: to create a handcrafted piece you will be proud to own. While refunds are not offered, we are committed to working with our customers in good faith to address legitimate concerns and find a reasonable solution whenever possible.
